The character V, in the film (not the excellent graphic novel) V for Vendetta, states, towards the end, “People should not be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people”. Despite assurances that this type of action is not a current priority in Gloucestershire, this ruling significantly increases the likely hood of flouride being added to Gloucestershires supply in the close future.
