Three More Runs

This week i have had three more successful runs ( the longest being 25 minutes)
I also ran two days in a row for the first time. First was the longest run and then a faster 15 minute run the next day.
All still seems good. I haven't tried to up the distance yet (thats what has caused problems in the past)
