How to create a support page, group or campaign
Public page
Create
Use for campaigns, causes, petitions and more:
- Anyone can see the support page and all it's content
- Anyone can join and subscribe to the support page without needing approval
- All page subscribers can add content
Managed page
Create
Use for community groups, clubs, teams and business pages:
- Follows the public page template but with additional options:
- The owner of the page must approve or invite new subscriber’s to join
- The owner controls who can add content
Private page
Create
Use for personal and sensitive issues:
- addmysupport will link you with relevant resources
- Only you can view the support page (note: there is an option to change this at a later date)
Tip: Consider creating a Public Page and making it anonymous if you wish to get more support from other users.
